SafetyDetectives spoke with Maksim, the Growth Manager at AdsPower, digital fingerprinting and how it impacts targeted ads, the benefits of an antidetect browser, challenges that online marketers are facing and more.

Can you talk about your background and your current role at AdsPower?

I have been with the AdsPower team for more than a year, and it’s been an amazing experience. I’m currently creating different kinds of content for AdsPower, hosting streams, and optimizing the product.

For the last few years, I have been actively researching, doing marketing, management, and growth in the crypto and online marketing industries. With my background, I understand the main demands our users have, and it helps when it comes to creating a new idea or responding quickly to users’ requests.

What are AdsPower’s main services?

AdsPower is an antidetect browser, a perfect tool for multi-account management.

We provide software that creates separated browsing environments with unique native fingerprints.

Besides that, with AdsPower, you can work together as a big team or manage every team member separately, automate routine tasks, and access many services through our partner network.

It perfectly fits teams doing online ads, affiliate marketing, crypto, betting, e-commerce, and more.

Can you explain the concept of digital fingerprinting and its impact on targeted advertising?

Digital fingerprints are basically pieces of information about your device that are used by websites, mostly for marketing purposes, but also in order to control user behavior.

Regarding the impact, I can think of two points worth mentioning. For big platforms that are primarily monetized through targeted ads, fingerprints became a valuable source of information. With such data, companies like Facebook or Google can target ads more efficiently and increase profits. Online marketers who are partnering with these platforms definitely know it. With high-quality data, you can target your ads in the most efficient way.

If we look at it from a simple user or a team of marketers, fingerprints might be used against you. Too many restrictions are imposed on the accounts, and nowadays, it’s barely possible to do anything with one account. That’s why having control over your fingerprints and managing multiple accounts are basic needs for those who work in the online marketing industry.

How can online marketers maximize the impact of using AdsPower in the online advertising business?

Advertising is a really big market that includes different business models. Thus, how one might use AdsPower will vary from case to case. Anyone who does business, though, will prioritize the safety, convenience, and cost-efficiency of a workflow.

In general, AdsPower allows you to manage multiple accounts on different devices, avoid bans, and automate tasks.

To make it simple, I will name some basic use cases:

  • For teams who have a lot of accounts, even if those are on different platforms, AdsPower is a good tool to keep everything under control, especially as a team or with partners;
  • For teams that manage their marketing from a single platform, such as Facebook, that’s the very basic need, it is simply not possible to open 30 accounts in Chrome and not get banned;
  • For teams who have a lot of routine work, you can automate it with AdsPower very cost-effectively

What are some common challenges faced by advertisers, and how does AdsPower tackle these challenges?

Advertising is such an interesting market, where you can feel from your own experience that information equals money. There are so many challenges that teams are facing, and it is difficult to name all of them at once.

Basically, if you find a problem and solve it, that is the point where you find a business opportunity.

Broadly speaking, with AdsPower, you will have access where you otherwise will not have one: any region, any platform, any number of accounts. On the other hand, you can increase the efficiency of existing business. AdsPower will protect you from bans and save you a lot of time with convenient software.

What are the potential risks and benefits of using antidetect browsers in online advertising campaigns?

Marketers face two risks, mainly. First is the possible data leakage that took place in some antidetect browsers. The good news is that AdsPower has a perfect record on it, no data have ever been leaked. The second risk I can think of is confidential information related to the business. AdsPower uses encryption of all information going through the browser, so users are safe.

When it comes to benefits, then there is a huge space to discover.

AdsPower is a tool that even people with no background in tech or online business will master very quickly.

You can access any market globally, start a business anywhere, on any platform and be sure that all of your accounts are secure. Last, but not least, you can save a lot of time and money working in one space with a big team or partner network and automating routine tasks.
